What we do
Cleaning and housekeeping services for the Swansea Valley
Every property we look after gets the same things: an owner-led team, full insurance, DBS checks, a written checklist, and photos when the work is done. What changes is the service. From same-day holiday let changeovers to the quiet rhythm of a weekly housekeeper, here is what we offer across our corner of South Wales, and who each service suits.
Holiday Let & Airbnb Changeovers
Photo-confirmed changeovers for cottages, barns and shepherd's huts across Bannau Brycheiniog — linen, restocking and keyholding handled, including same-day turnarounds.
Holiday let cleaning Priority serviceContract & Commercial Cleaning
Recurring contracts for offices, holiday-let portfolios and property managers, with RAMS, public liability cover and dependable holiday and sickness cover.
Contract cleaningDomestic Housekeeping
The same trusted person, every visit. Weekly or fortnightly housekeeping for households who would rather never think about managing a cleaner.
Domestic housekeepingDeep & Spring Cleaning
A thorough one-off reset — inside cupboards and appliances, skirting to light fittings. Right before a season, a sale, or after the builders leave.
Deep cleaningEnd of Tenancy Cleaning
Inventory-standard move-out cleans for landlords, letting agents and tenants across Neath, Swansea and the valleys, presented ready to re-let.
End of tenancy cleaningNot sure which you need?
Describe the property, and we'll recommend honestly
Plenty of enquiries sit between two services. A second home that is sometimes let to guests. A landlord who needs one end of tenancy clean now and regular cleaning after. A house that wants a deep clean first, then a fortnightly rhythm to keep it there. Tell us what you have and how often you need us, and we will recommend the right arrangement — not the biggest one.
Combining services is normal here, and where it helps we will put everything on one invoice. Where you are matters too: your postcode sets your travel zone, and most of the valley is on our standard rates. See the areas we cover or how pricing works.
How we quote
Three steps, no hourly-rate games
-
Your postcode sets the zone
We work outward from Pen-y-cae in four transparent travel zones. Most of the Swansea Valley sits in Zones A and B at standard rates; further afield carries a travel supplement you will know about up front.
-
A short conversation about the property
Size, condition, how often you need us and what matters most to you. For recurring work we usually arrange a quick walk-through so the quote reflects your actual home or premises, not an average one.
-
An honest written quote
You get a clear price for the work described, within one working day. We quote the job, not the clock — see how our pricing works if you want the reasoning.
Choosing a service
Questions we answer most weeks
Which service do I need?
If you let a property to paying guests, start with holiday let changeovers. If you need recurring cleaning for an office, site or property portfolio, that is contract cleaning. A home cleaned regularly is domestic housekeeping; a one-off reset is a deep clean; and if you are between tenants, end of tenancy. If it is still not obvious, call Sarah and describe the property — she will point you at the right one honestly.
Can we combine services?
Yes, and many clients do. A common pairing is weekly housekeeping at home plus changeovers at a holiday cottage, or end of tenancy cleans alongside a contract for a landlord's portfolio. You get one point of contact and, where it helps, one invoice.
Do you take on one-off jobs?
Yes. Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans are usually one-offs, and we are glad to do them. In busy weeks our recurring clients take priority for dates, so the earlier you book a one-off, the better the choice of days.
How quickly can you start?
You will have a quote within one working day. Most recurring arrangements are up and running within a week or two of the first conversation. One-off dates depend on the season — spring and the summer changeover months book up ahead — so if your date is tight, call rather than wait.
