Where we clean, and how travel works

We work outward from Pen-y-cae, in the upper Tawe valley, across a triangle roughly bounded by Neath Port Talbot, the Rhondda and Powys — with Bannau Brycheiniog, the Brecon Beacons National Park, at its heart. The western side of that triangle is our home ground; the eastern edge, toward Merthyr Tydfil and the RCT valleys, is negotiable and priced by arrangement. Wherever you are, your postcode tells us your travel zone straight away.

Four simple travel zones

We keep travel honest and easy to understand. Most of the valley is charged at our standard rates; the further out we come, the more the journey costs — and we always tell you before we start. We travel further for properties that need us, and we price it transparently rather than turning good work away.

Coverage FAQs

Questions about where we go

How does the travel supplement work?

Zones A and B — the Swansea Valley and upper Tawe corridor out to Pontardawe, Glynneath, Ammanford and Sennybridge — are charged at our standard rates. Zone C, including Brecon, Neath, Swansea, Llandeilo and the eastern towns toward Aberdare and Hirwaun, adds a transparent travel supplement agreed before we start. Zone D, beyond 25 miles, is priced individually. You always know the travel cost up front.

Do you cover the eastern side toward Merthyr and the Rhondda?

Our core is the western side of the national park and the Swansea Valley, but the eastern edge toward Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare and the RCT valleys is negotiable and priced individually by arrangement — especially for holiday lets and contracts worth the journey. Send your postcode and we'll give you a straight answer.

I'm not on your list of towns — can you still help?

Very likely. The towns listed are a guide, not a boundary. If you're within the triangle between Neath Port Talbot, the Rhondda and Powys, get in touch with your postcode and we'll tell you your zone straight away.
