How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner. Enquiries sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning. If you need a same-day changeover, call rather than email and we will give you a straight yes or no there and then.
Do you visit before quoting?
For household and contract work, usually yes: a short walk-round takes twenty minutes and makes the quote accurate. For holiday lets we can often quote from your listing and a video call, which suits owners who live away.
