How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner. Enquiries sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning. If your date is close, call rather than email and we will give you a straight yes or no there and then.
Do you visit before quoting?
For most homes, yes: a short walk-round takes twenty minutes and makes the quote accurate. If you live away — a second home, say — we can usually quote from photos and a video call.
Which areas do you cover?
